Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

DOMESTIC 

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

We offer $12 AUD flat rate shipping Australia wide.

INTERNATIONAL

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout, processing time is 1-3 days and delivery can take 8-20 days. expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, CREW Workwear is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
